We wanted to let everyone know that we have changed our clinic notification system to PetDesk. There is also a new user-friendly mobile app that comes with it! The app allows you request appointments 24/7, receive reminders for pet care, access your pet’s vaccination records, order or refill prescriptions and food, and even text us. But the most exciting feature is our new loyalty program, Shoreline Pet Points!! You can earn Pet Points for things like office visits, preventatives, and food. For every $1 spent you can earn 2 points towards rewards like a free nail trim or $20 off your next office visit. You can download the PetDesk app through the app store on your smart device, search for PetDesk and download the free app, create an account using the email address on file at the clinic, and make sure you opt into the Shoreline Pet Points Loyalty Program. Also for the month of June we will donate $1 to COVID-19 relief efforts for each PetDesk app download.
