To our valued clients: We want you to know that even in these unusual times, our priority is providing the best care for your pets while also keeping our staff and clients safe and healthy! For this reason, our reception area and exam rooms will be open only to our four legged patients, and we are kindly asking that owners wait outside in their cars during appointments. Rest assured that we will continue to treat your animals like our own, and maybe even sneak in a few extra treats and hugs while pet parents are not looking!
Upon your arrival please stay in your car and call us at 860-669-9374. We will ask about any concerns with your pet over the phone before coming out to your car to bring him inside. The doctor will examine your pet and call you with our findings, and answer any questions you may have. When we are done we will bring your pet back out to your car, and can take your payment over the phone.
Medication and Food Pick-up
Please call ahead of time so we can be sure that the medication or food you need is in stock. Special orders may take 3-5 days to be delivered so be sure to call before you run out. Please call when you have arrived, we will take your payment over the phone and we will bring the items to your car.
Surgery Check-Ins and Discharges
Surgery check-ins will be handled the same way as the curbside appointments. Upon your arrival please call 860-669-9374, we will go over surgery instructions over the phone and then the surgery technician will come outside, have you sign a consent form, and we will bring your pet inside. The doctor will call you when the surgery is complete and go over discharge instructions and pick-up time. When you arrive for pick-up please call and let us know you have arrived, we will take your payment over the phone, and bring your pet out to you with written instructions.
